Customer loyalty cards are almost a given in coffee shops up and down the country, they offer customers the chance to get a free cup of their favorite brew or something else! Getting loyalty cards printed can be a hefty expense for a small business so when I heard how much Dick’s Bean Bar were paying from their current supplier I supplied them with a quote!
Rob was currently paying more than 50% higher than my current prices plus VAT for 1000 units of the loyalty cards, a price I knew was on a very large mark up profit wise for the vender, which is ok if you are a large business and can absorb this cost, but small businesses need to keep more of their profits in the bank to survive in an already tough market. I was able to supply Rob with 1000 customer loyalty cards on 100% recycled card, printed double sided and delivered for less than 50% of the current cost for his first order, and ongoing orders will be even less as the first order included a design set up fee – but as I have this on file now there is no need to include this on subsequent orders.
Cheaper also does not mean a loss in quality either, as Rob found out upon delivery of the new stock! The cards were freshly designed incorporating changes to both the social media channels logos and details of the business, and were printed on much more sustainable 100% recycled card stock. Rob must have been impressed with them as a second order for another batch was placed!
