Website Redesign
Same price, because it is the same job. Your content, page addresses and email all carry across, so a rebuild does not cost you the rankings you already have. How a redesign works.
Need more than five pages, or a small online shop? That is quoted as a fixed price before anything starts, so you know it before you commit. Large catalogues with hundreds of products are a different kind of project and I will say so rather than take it on badly.

Optional, and most people take it. Almost every small business site is served perfectly well by the standard plan, and I will tell you if yours is not.

Everything in standard, on your own virtual server with resources reserved for you rather than shared out. For busy shops and sites with real traffic.

A managed cloud server on enterprise infrastructure, sized to what you need and scaled when you need more. For business-critical sites.
Your domain and your email are already in the plan. Whichever tier you are on, they are covered by the monthly price and there is nothing extra to pay for either.
On Their Own, Without a Plan
Domain names, from £15 a year. Registered and renewed in your name, and yours to move elsewhere whenever you like. A standard .co.uk or .com sits at the bottom of that, and I will tell you the exact price before registering anything. Business email, from £5 a month. Proper mailboxes on your own domain rather than a personal address, on domains held with me. Moving an existing website across to me, free. No downtime, and I do the work.

Help When Something Goes Wrong

Any WordPress site, on any host, whoever built it. You do not have to move anything or commit to anything.

For one-off problems. I tell you roughly how long before I start, and it is billed in half hours after the first, so a twenty minute fix is not charged as an hour. What I can fix.

Commit to a set number of hours each month and the rate drops. How many is up to you, and I will tell you honestly if you do not need a plan at all.

Local SEO, From £150 a Month

Every site I build is set up for local SEO as part of the build, at no extra cost. This is the ongoing version: the work that keeps it moving afterwards. There is a waiting list, and it is a real one. I take on only a few clients for this, deliberately, because it is the sort of work that goes badly the moment somebody is juggling too many of them. Ask and I will tell you honestly where things stand rather than pretending there is a slot. If you would rather do it yourself, most of it is within reach and I will show you which handful of things are actually worth your time.

Questions About Pricing

Because you are trying to work out whether you can afford this, and making you send an email to find out wastes your afternoon and mine. If £695 is more than you want to spend, you have found that out in ten seconds rather than after a fortnight.

For a website with five pages as standard, yes. If you need more pages or a small shop, I quote a fixed price before anything starts and you agree it before I begin. The one thing that will never happen is an invoice you were not expecting.

No. The build stands on its own and the site is yours. The £35 exists because most small businesses would rather somebody else handled updates, backups and security than learn to do it themselves.

Ask. For most builds a deposit up front and the balance on going live works fine, and I would rather agree something sensible than lose a job over cash flow.

It varies, and I will tell you the truth rather than a comforting number. Ask when you get in touch and you will get the actual position.

Thirty days notice on anything monthly, no exit fee, and I hand over your files and help you move. You own your site, your content and your domain throughout.
