The Starting Point
Pegasus MTB offers everything from a first skills session to accredited MIAS leader and maintenance awards. Their old website didn’t make that range clear, and it wasn’t doing enough to turn interest into bookings.
Riders needed to see which session or course suited them, trust the coaches, and get in touch easily. Friends and family needed a simple way to buy coaching as a gift.
What I Built
Every page was designed to help a rider, or someone buying for one, find the right session and book it.
One-to-one coaching, skills sessions and family and kids sessions, each clearly explained so riders can pick the right one.
Dedicated pages for the Mountain Bike Leader Award, skills awards, night riding and the Cycle FIT maintenance award.
A Buy a Voucher page so coaching can be given as a present, making it an easy gift idea all year round.
A clear enquiry route from every course page, so interested riders can get booked in without any back and forth.
A page introducing the coaches and their accreditations, because riders want to know who they’ll be learning from.
Client reviews and a photo gallery that show real riders progressing, building trust before anyone books.
The Approach
People booking coaching want to picture themselves on the trail, feeling more confident. The website needed to capture that feeling and then make booking the obvious next step.

The Result
Pegasus MTB now has a website that reflects the quality of its coaching, and it’s bringing in more bookings for sessions and courses than the old website did.
I’ve hosted and looked after the website since 2020, keeping it secure and up to date, so the coaches can spend their time on the trails rather than worrying about their website.
